Composting techniques workshop    Tue Jun 26, 2018, Montréal, QC

Want to learn about composting?

When you think about compost you probably think of bad odours and a lot of flies. Well, that’s not compost! In this workshop we will teach you how to properly compost indoors and outdoors. We will walk you through various methods so that you can find a process that works for your lifestyle.

This workshop will explore:

Composting basics
-Various composting techniques, including hot compost or “thermophilic” compost and vermicompost
-The difference between city compost and home compost
-Starting a compost pile in your backyard

You won’t want to miss this hands-on, informative, and fun workshop!

Come prepared with any questions you may have!

Time: 6:00pm - 8:00pm
Cost: $15

Location: Ateliers d'Éducation Populaire du Plateau - AEPP

*This workshop will be in french. However, the teacher and the assistant are bilingual and will gladly translate anything that can not be understood*
